TASTING :: JANUARY 22, 2017

Auspicion Chardonnay, CA

Fresh, lively, and easy-drinking with aromas of tropical fruits, fl owers, and sweet spice. A medium body with bright acidity shows notes of pineapple, pear, vanilla, and a hint of oak. The marriage of fruit, spice, acidity, and oak is perfectly balanced.

Avanti Pinot Noir, Italy

Ruby-red in color. It has a distinct and intense bouquet, which becomes more ethereal and elegant as the wine ages. The palate is dry, full, generous and refined, with hints of herbs.

Sivas Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon, CA

An inviting aroma of blackberry, flambéed cherry, oregano and a touch of white pepper. The wine is rich with layers of black currant, café ole and Kalamata olives. Full-bodied with good tannin structure, this wine finishes with a distinct flavor of vanilla.

Vistalba Corte B, Argentina

Intense maroon, with blue glints. The nose is very expressive with complex notes including plums, tobacco and chocolate. Medium- to full-bodied, on the palate it exhibits complexity, savory fruit, layers of flavors, and excellent, velvety finish.

Garage Garnacha, Chile

Very intense cherry red color with tones of purple. Presents on the nose a great concentration of aromas of ripe red fruit with floral nuances. In the mouth it is a well structured rich wine that evokes tastes of blackberry, plum and tones of leather and vanilla, with a soft and silky tannin.
