TASTING :: MARCH 22, 2017

Black Station Malbec, CA

Bright, vivid flavors like black cherry and cranberry make this wine taste fresh and alive. Medium body and a somewhat tart but polished texture balance it out.

Force of Nature Red Blend, CA

Bursting aromas of juicy raspberries, blueberries and cherries on the nose, with some cocoa powder, red licorice and vanilla cola. Full and chewy on the palate, with dry tannins and medium-low acid. The cherry and blueberry fruit oozes across the palate, backed up with cocoa, campfire smoke, root beer and cola.

Bouchard Pere et fils Pinot Noir, France

Light ruby. Spicy herbal notes with firm tannins. Cherry and herbal flavours – serious Bourgogne with firm structure.

MeadowCroft Chardonnay, CA

Aromatics and flavors of citrus, peach, apple and vanilla. Wonderful texture on the palate with a long, soft finish.

Saviah Star Meadow White, WA

Fermented in neutral oak, aged sur lie, and left in the barrels for another half year, the wine is lightly toasty with steely fruit flavors and a firm, solid mouthfeel.
