Domaine du Prieure Savigny Les Beaunes Blanc

France – $23.75

Savigny’s white wines are fruity and rich with a great range of aromas. Their mellowness appears as they evolve, to give wines that are harmonious and solid.

Domaine Houchart Rose

Cotes de Provence – $14.95

Soft pink rose. The nose is fresh, with strawberry and red berry notes, followed by delicate aromas of yellow peach and grapefruit. Fresh and delicious, with a fine attack, it is well balanced and long in the mouth.

Louis Latour Pinot Noir

France – $14.95

Ruby color. Dark cherry and raspberry fruit with an underlying herbal note; dry, medium-bodied with berry fruit and earth flavors.

Castillo de Feliciana “Miercoles”

Columbia Valley, WA – $20.95

A refreshing dinner wine with a pleasant nose of red fruits, caramel, and essence of vanilla.

Benvenuto de la Serna “Trisagio”

Mendoza, Argentina – $23.75

With pure blackberry aromas and earthy subtleties, this is showing a lot for the price. The palate on this blend of Malbec, Petit Verdot and Tannat is grabby but under control, while flavors of coffee, licorice, mint and black fruits conclude on a spicy, complex, mildly oaky finish with modest clamp and tannic bite.
